Outside!

Finally the weather is cooling down a bit, and we have been taking full advantage! Gabe is currently obsessed with leaves and sticks (oh I wonder where he gets it from- Poppa perhaps?). He loves pushing them through the holes on our patio furniture. He does this over and over and over again... just look and see.

So Gabe has a favorite number- the number nine. No matter what number you try and get him to say he says 9 right back to you... so cute!

Yes, I know we've been Missing In Action. Life has been rather wild these last few weeks- CASA volunteer training, sleep overs, LSU football, fun visits with friends. I promise to return to the land of the blogging very soon, but until then enjoy a pic of Gabe as he snacks on his Cheerios!

Happy Grandparents Day!

Gabe is so lucky to have four amazing grandparents! We are sending kisses and love yous to Monie, Pappy, Maw Maw and Paw Paw!

This Little Piggy

For being such a brave boy during his surgery Monie and Pappy bought Gabe a surprise-a snoring pig. At first Gabe wasn't sure what to think of "Arnold" but now they are best friends! Thanks Monie and Pappy!

Sunday Fun Day!

David and I took advantage of the cooler temps and took Gabe to the park this afternoon. Gabe loves to swing! I mean really loves to swing! What a great way to spend the day! Hope you had a great day too!

Let me tell you Baton Rouge (and the Lanoux's) is/are ready for LSU football! I have so many wonderful memories of LSU football. I hope the same will be true for Gabe! Geaux Tigers!
